We offer limited Emergency Medical Services, we have trained EMTs and ECPs to handle minor emergencies. Most EMS related events are handled with Haynes Ambulance Company.

Hazardous Materials
We offer limited HAZMAT response until specialized teams can be deployed.

Fire Prevention
We offer inspections, suggestions, and fire prevention education. We also perform school demos and fire education for the Billingsley School during Fire Prevention Week in October.

Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA)
We respond to MVA calls to render medical and extrication services as needed. We also handle traffic control while law enforcement and towing crews work to reopen roads.

One of the most important things Firefighters do is train. Incident scene’s are inherently dangerous. From the hazards that are present on the scene to the tools we use, dangers are everywhere.

Proper training is essential to ensure the safety of Firefighters and those we are moving to protect or rescue. We have resources available for both in department training and external training.

Members have access to free training from:

  • Alabama Fire College
